| Main themes |
The activity will highlight the organisational levels in the living world (form molecules to ecosystems) as well as the particular methodologies and concepts underlying life sciences. The seminar will consist in student presentations corresponding to biology lessons taken from the programme of the three last secondary school years. Presentations will be collectively discussed for their content as well as for the pedagogical point of view.

| Aims |
This course is intended to students whose scientific formation is not Biology. It aims at revising basic concepts in life sciences in order to prime the approach required to prepare Biology courses for the secondary school. This activity takes part in the global purpose to bring the future teachers to provide a quality teaching in sciences for the secondary school.
