To further students' knowledge of otology

Main themes

Participation in otological consultations and surgery.
Latest audiological tests : dead cochlear zones, late evoked auditory potential and electrocochleography.
Dealing with the functional consequences of cleft palates.

Content and teaching methods

Course taught by different speakers from UCL and other Belgian universities on neuropathology of hearing and methods of rehabilitation for auditory problems.
Developmental facial abnormalities, symptoms and corrections.
