This instructional activity is intended to develop the ability of students to communicate in scientific terms, particularly by taking part in recent or current philosophical debates. For this purpose the student must be able to write and present a critical analysis of a recent work of philosophy.
Main themes
Under faculty supervision students will produce summaries of a philosophical work (monograph or co-authored) published recently. The choice of a work to summarize must be approved by a professor. This summary should include a synopsis and a critical commentary on the work. Its length should not exceed 7500 characters, and it must be publishable in scientific journals.
