The lessons are devoted to the principles of the Community construction, to the characteristics of the community legal order and to the organization and the functioning of the European institutions, as well as to the organization and the achievements of the Council of Europe (notably the European convention on Human Rights) and of the OSCE.
Main themes
The lessons describe the scope and the means used in order to enforce the Internal Market law (free movement of goods, of services, of persons and of capital) as well as the principles of the competition law and of the approximation of national legislative measures. Parts of the lessons are devoted to the legal aspects of the implementation of these policies (choice of the legal basis, definition of the scopes and the objectives of the action, choice of the adoption method of the Community act).
