Content and teaching methods
Contents: the topics are subdivided in several specific themes making it possible to determine and detail them. These subjects are distributed between the participants in the seminar, by groups. While giving the emphasis on a political and diplomatic approach of international relations, other dimensions are also integrated: history, cul-ture, economy, ideology, law and strategy.
Method: the seminar begins with lectures from each professor. These lectures will give a general framework to the studied issues. It will also give the main methodological and bibliographical research steps. After these in-troductory lessons, the following lectures present a more specific set of themes, followed by debates with all the members of the seminar.
