This course aims more particularly at developing the student competences linked to conception, set up and evaluation of intervention projects.
- Analyze: analyze the theoretical fundamentals on which psychological interventions are based; be able to link psychological theories and practices.
- Conceive and act: identify the different types of psychological interventions adapted to the individual or to the group affected by the intervention project, conceive on the basis of an individual or group project intervention ( in function of the attendance needs and institutional context); identify the organizational environment of educative institutions and their influence on the conducting of an intervention or a project.
- Evaluate, communicate and readjust: describe and analyze evaluation practices of a project in an educative environment; understand the modalities of communication of the results to the affected persons and propose to readjust the project.
- Wonder as a future professional: be able to set up an appropriate strategy to the problems met, based on the analysis of the professional situation and competences.
Main themes
The student will, research, expose and become acquainted with theoretical models and concepts which are the base of psychological interventions in educative environment. A particular attention will be given to the analysis of the organizational environment of these interventions.
A critical analysis of these interventions will be the object of thorough discussions, backed by readings complementary to the training of the students.
Through this approach, the goals of the psychological work and the role of the psychologist in these environments will be analyzed.
