This seminar should link the programme activities to the current issues facing the European Union in order to give the students a grip on ongoing debates at stake.
Main themes
Each year, the seminar focuses on one or many questions of current issues facing the European Union in close connection with the major. The teacher provides the basic notions to understand the outcomes of the debate and invites people involved in it to provide insights on how the institutions actually function and on how interest groups interact. The seminar acts for an active contribution from the students (readings, oral and written essays ).
Content and teaching methods
The content is determined by the European questions selected.
