Main themes

Aims

At the end of course, the student must be hability :
- to understand severals jurisdictional and instituionals systems about the organisation and the working of economic public sector ;
- to apply these knowledges by analysing texts and documents ad hoc or by building juridicals thinkings and solutions on somes problems in this theme ;
- to explain the developments and evolutions of the public law under the influence of economicals and socials factors.

Main themes

The course consists to more understand the public the public and administration law and, in the same time, to complete the courses of economic law.
The main themes are :
-the methods and princips of public regukations of economy ;
-the rukes of public and administratif law about services of general economic interest, who depends of State or of anothers publics powers ;
- the topic about state aids in relation with these services ;
- the rules of private law in relation with these services.
