Through the study of the EC internal market law, the course highlights the general regime of obstacles to trade of the Community legal system.
Main themes
The course sets out a synthesis of the legal regime of the internal market, with the exclusion of the free movement of persons and of the rules on competition, as well as of commercial policy and sectorial policies, e.g. agriculture, transports, environment (separate courses).
The following issues are thus covered: free movement of goods, services and capital, and, as far as possible, introduction to the EU's common commercial policy and to sector-based policies, such as agriculture, transport or the environment.
