At the end of this activity, the student will be able to
- carry out personal research on a specific question about ancient Church history (historical, litterary and theological aspects);
- read critically ancient historical sources;
- use the main tools in the field.

Main themes

These objectives will be achieved after an analysis on a specific question about ancient Church history (historical, litterary, theological and when needed archeological aspects). The analysed texts will be situated in their historical and theological contexts.
