Aims

By the end of the course, the student will understand main analytical tools developed by organizational economic and deal with many managerial issues in the field of organizations. The student will be able to mobilize his knowledge to solve real business problems.

Main themes

The course is built on the foundations of organizational economics. It deals with topics on corporate decision making (limits of the firm; organizational architecture; incentives) or in relation with stakeholders (outsourcing ; networks). Economic analysis helps systematically assess the efficiency of decisions.
