By the end of the course the students will be able to translate by themselves Byzantine texts in the classical or colloquial language ; and they will have mastered the principal working tools : specialized dictionaries, grammars, etc. This course is given alternately with the course GLOR 2792. The choice of the author to be studied is fixed in relation to the level and interests of the students.
