Résumé :
Œuvre polymorphe, les Métamorphoses d’Apulée ont fait l’objet de maintes études qui ne pointent plus l’inconsistance absolue des divers récits qui se déploient dans la fabula, mais s’attachent à différentes lectures du texte sans arriver à concilier roman, philosophie et religion. Il sera question ici de mettre d’abord en avant le rythme ternaire de composition des deux derniers livres, puis les échos thématiques qu’entretiennent les deux livres étudiés avec l’ensemble du roman ou d’autres textes de l’auteur.

Abstract:
Specificities and Correspondences in Apuleius’ Last Two Books of the Metamorphoses.– Apuleius’ polymorphous Metamorphoses have been the subject of many studies which no longer point to the absolute inconsistency of the various narratives that unfold in the fabula, but focus on different readings of the text without managing to reconcile novel, philosophy and religion. What will be discussed here, firstly, is the ternary rhythm of the composition of the last two books; then, the thematic echoes that both books maintain with the whole novel and other texts by Apuleius.
