Trisomy 10p

Very rare.
Association of:
- craniofacial anomalies: dolichocephaly, high forehead, hair growing backwards, large anterior fontanel, thin eyebrows sliding towards the temples, broad nose, triangular mouth, round and small chin, cleft lip or palate (30%), large low set ears
- variable intellectual retardation
- growth delay
- cardiac and renal anomalies (cystic dysplasia).
- ligamentar hypermobility with flexion deformaties of the limbs, club foot
- sometimes: coloboma, microphthalmos.
Anesthetic implications:
delayed recovery from anesthesia, postooperative apneas; check renal function
