Form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
Symptomatology:
- an exfoliating erythroderma with pruritus and palmoplantar keratoderma; sometimes, alopecia and nail abnormalities
- adenopathies
- atypical circulating lymphocytes
- a leonine facies
Anesthetic implications:
fragility of the skin, check the total blood count and formula
