Association of congenital malformations:

-        blepharophimosis

-        ptosis

-        hypoplastic teeth

-        hearing disorder,

    occasionally,

-         abnormal ears

-        cryptorchidism with hypoplastic scrotum

-        microcephaly and intellectual deficit

-        growth retardation

Anesthetic implications: 

microcephaly
