Nasopalpebral lipoma-coloboma syndrome

Prevalence estimated at < 1.106. Autosomal dominant transmission.
Association:
- of a nasopalpebral lipoma
- an accumulation of grease on the nasal bridge and nasolabial areas
- a bilateral coloboma af the eyelids at the junction of their 1/3 medium and their 1/3 internal
- a telecanthus
- hypertelorism.
Sometimes: hypoplasia of the maxilla, aplasia or malposition of the lacrimal points.
