Group of rare non-atherosclerotic vascular diseases linked to a disorder of genetic origin of the connective tissue. 

They can lead to vascular, neurological and hemorrhagic complications.

These are:

-         vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (type IV)

-         the elastic pseudoxanthoma

-         Marfan disease

-         Loeys-Dietz syndrome
