Brachydactyly - arterial hypertension, syndrome

Extremely rare. Autosomal dominant transmission. Association of a type E brachydactyly (see this term) with vascular and neurovascular arterial hypertension,  appearing around one year of age. 

Also present: a short stature, a rounded face and a stocky appearance.


Anesthetic implications: 

antihypertensive treatment, ECG, renal function
