Congenital generalized hypertrichosis  with facial dysmorphy  (macrostomia, bulbous nose), abnormal ears, hypertelorism with ectropion, hyperlaxity, excess of skin and hypoplasia of the nipples.

Anesthetic implications: 

Difficult venous access.
