Alezzandrini syndrome

Very rare. Unknown cause: infectious or automimmune ? Unilateral pigmentary degenerescence of the unilateral retina in the adolescent or young adult. Presence on the same side of the face, poliosis (bleaching of hair, eyebrows and eyelashes) associated with unilateral depigmentation of the skin. Ipsilateral sensorineural deafness is often associated.
