Rare. Transmission autosomique dominante de mutations du gène FBN1 en 15q21.1 ou récessive de mutations du gène ADAMST10 en 19q13.3-q13.2. Cela entraîne des anomalies de la matrice extracellulaire avec hyperplasie des tissus fibreux caractérisée par :
Implications anesthésiques:
Intubation difficile. Positionnement difficile à cause des raideurs articulaires.
