[MIM 201 000, 614 976](Acrocéphalopolysyndactylie type II)

Très rare. Acrocéphalopolysyndactylie de transmission autosomique récessive (gène RAB23 en 6p12.1-q12) qui associe :

• craniosynostose, acrocéphalie; hypoplasie de l’étage moyen de la face 
• brachydactylie, syndactylie des mains et des pieds, polydactylie préaxiale ;
• malformation cardiaque : tétralogie de Fallot sans > 50% des cas ;
• rétention des dents de lait
• chez l’enfant plus âgé : hypogénitalisme et obésité, retard intellectuel.

Implications anesthésiques: 

Intubation difficile, éventuellement hypertension intracrânienne ; obésité ; selon la cardiopathie présente
