He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Universit\u00e9 Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) in 2022 and 2024, respectively. He is now working as a PhD student at UCLouvain under the supervision of Prof. Dimitri Lederer.<\/p><p>His research is focused on mm-wave IC design between 110 and 170 GHz using III-V technologies such as InP DHBT and their integration onto Si substrates (InP-on-Si).<\/p><p>His work also includes the simulation and characterization of passive structures on InP substrates.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
