His research focuses on improving state of the art circuits figures-of-merit by improving the substrate handle of the chip.<\/span><\/div><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
