Registration fees

Early registration fee	until May 2, 2016	150 €
Late registration fee	after May 2, 2016	180 €

The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunch on both days, participation to the social event on Thursday afternoon (a visit to the Hergé museum) and the dinner on Thursday evening at Brasserie RN.

We currently accept no more applications to MSc student grants. MSc Students who have an accepted paper at the Symposium may apply for a grant that includes the registration fee and a contribution towards accommodation costs. If interested check the corresponding box in the registration form or send an email to the organizers sitb2016@uclouvain.be.
