Minor in Medication Sciences [30.0]

Retour en début de pageStudy objectives

The teaching committee of the Ecole de Pharmacie offers to students other than those enrolled on the baccalaureate in pharmaceutical science, a minor in the science of medicine.

The minor, which is run on the UCL-Brussels site, gives students from other courses the opportunity familiarize themselves with the world of medicine, although it does not give access to the master's course.

The minor encompasses a coherent selection of courses amounting to 30 credits and examines natural and synthetic medicine: design, structure, general properties and development in the body. It includes theoretical and practical training and is suggested for non-pharmacy students who would like to acquire general training in medicine.

Admission

Access to the minor in the science of medicine is limited to students who have already reached the required level in chemistry and biology.

A file listing the credits acquired and an application letter should be sent to the admissions committee of the Ecole de pharmacie, via the secretariat (celis@sfar.ucl.ac.be/UCL73.00, Av. Mounier, 73 at 1200 Bruxelles), which will judge the suitability of the application.
