Study of the recent case-law of the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Analysis of problems related with both judicial (jurisdiction, admissibility, etc.) and substantial issues (for instance the legality of resorting to armed force in present international law)

Prerequisite : a good knowledge of general international law. Materials : the text of the ICJ judgments or advisory opinions . Evaluation : both oral and written exam.
