*Registration will not be valid until full payment has been received.  Please send a printed copy of the bank transfer along with the registration form to the meeting organizer at ilse.vanelewijck@uclouvain.be.  Upon receipt of proof of payment a full confirmation of registration will be sent.  Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the conference venue when collecting their documents upon registration.

 

Cancellation Policy (registration and official dinner): All cancellations must be sent to Mrs Ilse van Elewijck in writing via email ilse.vanelewijck@uclouvain.be.  For cancellations received before 15 August 2016, the registration fee will be refunded.  After this date, no refund is possible

Modification Policy (registration and official dinner) : Modifications can be made at no additional cost until 15 August 2016.  After this date a €20 modification fee will be charged for each modification.
